Rep specific catalogs let you assign manufacturers to specific user groups, so you can control the brands that your sales reps can view in Handshake.

Restricting the visibility of manufacturers for users is critical if you have sales reps who only support certain brands within your portfolios. This ensures they discuss products and submit orders exclusively for the brands they are authorized to sell.

Using rep specific catalogs you can:

Rep specific catalogs are managed through the manufacturer settings on the Handshake website where you can easily add or remove user group access.
